To install the adapter kinetic Cone Cup

This video shows the steps necessary to protect the bearings (N sub) conical cup to eliminate your Kinetic by Kurt Trainers, around the cone-cup adapter (K) and, finally, how to properly set the bike on the trainer with the adapter installed and a cup of spit store your bike. Some work only with the skewers small cone-cup adapter. NOTE: We strongly recommend that cone cup already installed on the car share spit and turn your bike with the kineticSpit (Part M) provided with your coach. This is a solid and reliable connection and to prevent wear on your spit.
